Every day, I focus on optimising my energy, cellular health, and long-term vitality through a carefully designed supplement protocol that supports mitochondrial function, detoxification, and cellular renewal. As a biohacker, I take a data-driven approach, integrating both nutraceuticals and prescribed therapies under ongoing review. Below is a breakdown of my daily longevity stack, including how each component fits into my broader strategy for optimising health at the cellular level.

1. Cellular Foundation Builder
L-Glycine — Supports collagen, sleep, detoxification, and glutathione production.
Taurine — Enhances mitochondrial function, supports heart health, and promotes calm energy.
Creatine Monohydrate — Increases cellular energy (ATP) production, supports muscle strength, and enhances cognitive function.
Collagen Hydrolysate — Provides essential amino acids for connective tissue repair, skin elasticity, joint strength, and gut integrity.
These foundational compounds form the backbone of my cellular and structural health strategy. Glycine maintains DNA integrity and supports sleep quality, while taurine improves mitochondrial performance and cellular regulation. Methylene Blue (pulsed) — I occasionally pulse low-dose methylene blue to enhance mitochondrial efficiency and mental clarity, cycling it intermittently to maintain redox balance.
This set keeps my cells energised and youthful. NMN raises NAD+ — the key molecule for energy metabolism — while PQQ promotes the creation of new mitochondria. CoQ10 supports energy transfer and cardiovascular performance. Liposomal glutathione enhances detoxification and reduces oxidative stress at the cellular level. 7. Superfoods, Greens & Phytonutrients
I use a concentrated blend of antioxidant-rich fruits, greens, and herbs — including acai, blueberry, beetroot, green tea, turmeric, milk thistle, and pomegranate — to provide additional polyphenols, liver support, and immune modulation.

My Dosing Rhythm
- Morning: Vitamins/minerals, NMN, PQQ, CoQ10, Metformin, Dihydroberberine, Liposomal Glutathione, Methylene Blue (pulsed), Probiotics, Adaptogens.
- Midday: Greens + Polyphenol blend.
- Pre-Workout: Creatine, Collagen Hydrolysate, HMB, and L-Citrulline.
- Evening: Metformin, Glycine, Taurine, Magnesium glycinate, MSM, and additional Liposomal Glutathione for recovery and deep sleep.
- Intermittent Senolytics: 1–2 days weekly or 2 consecutive days per month.

This protocol reflects a systems-biology approach — combining molecular nutrition, lifestyle optimisation, and pharmacological longevity interventions. Every ingredient serves a targeted role in energy metabolism, detoxification, repair, or resilience.
